PLEASE REVIEW OUR SPA POLICIES
The staff at SkinE Spa greatly appreciates all of our clients. Not only are your appointments important to us, they are imperative to the success of achieving your body transformation goals. Most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for theses considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.
CREDIT CARD ON FILE: We ask all clients who begin services to add a credit card on file for our cancellation, no-show, and late policies. This is strictly to respect the integrity of SkinE Spa and to assure that every client is provided their scheduled appointment time and our undivided attention.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24-hours in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment with your credit card on file.
NO-SHOW POLICY: We value the time our clients dedicate to us, so we ask that our clients value our time, as well. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled within the 24-hour notice. But if you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment, we will charge you 100% of your booked service price.
LATE POLICY: If you are 10 or more minutes late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our punctual clients. If you know you are going to be late, please call at least 30 minutes ahead to confirm there will be enough time to complete your service. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged $25 to your credit card on file.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY: Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, and are nonrefundable. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards must be present at the time of service. Gift certificates purchased in the past may not cover the new cost of services. All gift certificates have a two-year expiration date. We may not be able to look up a gift certificate if purchaser doesn't add your name at the time of purchase.

CONSULTATIONS: An initial consultation is required prior to the start of any SkinE Spa service or package. Please arrive at your scheduled consultation on time, and be prepared to fill out forms, take “before” pics, and receive a body composition analysis before starting any service.

COVID-19 & SICKNESS: If you show up for an appointment and are sick or getting over a sickness, this includes but not limited to fever, coughing, sneezing, congestion, you will be refused service and will be charged to re-book an appointment. We also ask you to leave your child/friend/family member at home. This is for their safety as well as the safety of everyone in the treatment room.
​LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: SkinE Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep all personal items with you.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: Products must be returned within 2 weeks, with the full value returned in the form of a gift card, which can be redeemed for other SkinE Spa products. Products must be in original packaging, unused, unopened, to receive full credit. Products that have been used and have original packaging, will receive 50% of the product value in the form of a gift card. It is at the discretion of SkinE Spa as to the exchange of used products and its exchange value. All returns must show receipt of purchase if SkinE Spa is not aware of the client’s product purchase. Please call or email us immediately if you have any concerns.
SERVICE REFUND POLICY: While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. We cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, services packages or service series. We will gladly place your unused sessions on hold for a later date or exchange for other services of equal or lessor value. Unused sessions expire after two years.
​PACKAGES: All Packages purchased are not redeemable for cash, are nonrefundable, and non-transferable. Packages must be used by the expiration.
​PAYMENTS: We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. Cash is also excepted but you must have exact change. We also offer affordable payment plans through Cherry.
​GRATUITY: Gratuity is not included. Tips typically average 15% to 20% of your service total and is appreciated but not expected.
​GUESTS: must be at least 18 years old to receive spa services. Anyone under 18 years of age, that enters the Spa facilities, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and must be attended to at all times.
​TREATMENT ROOM POLICY: Only the client receiving a service is allowed in the treatment room at the time of service. There are no exceptions.

PLEASE NOTE: It is at SkinE Spa's discretion to stop a service or refuse a service to any client if the service provider feels unsafe, mistreated, or harassed (verbally or physically) by the client, or if the service is not appropriate for the client, depending on the clients information provided at the time of consultation, medical history, injuries, or composition.
